0 Colgett Drive
TAS was brought on board to provide structural design for a 4 story single-family structure in Oakland Hills. The building is set into the hillside, creating a 20ft concrete retaining wall in the rear of the structure. Steel framing was used in this building to allow floor-to-ceiling windows. The structure has 3 story steel moment frames in combination with concrete retaining walls in the rear of the structure.

Stomping Grounds LA
TAS provide structural engineering services to turn an old warehouse into a 3,300sf contemporary dance studio. The entire interior was remodeled and the existing roof was raised to create a more open space.

1215 S. Irolo
TAS and Terra Lumen collaborated on a design a 4 story 15,000sf apartment building in LA. Due to planning regulations, the 3 stories of wood framing cantilevers 17ft over the concrete podium at the base.

1530 Felta Ridge
TAS provided structural engineering design and consulation services for a 15,000sf, 3 story residential structure. The residence features a 2 story atrium as well steel moment frames to allow the architect flexiblity with floor to ceiling windows.
